- The latest release is 2014.1B.
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or 2013 is required on Windows. The free Visual Studio 2012/2013 Express for Windows Desktop works as well.
Only 32-bit builds are provided in the evaluation version. The full release supports 64-bit builds as well.
- Linux downloads will also work with other Linux distributions, provided a compatible GCC
(for compiling the samples) and C++ standard library are available.
- The free version contains the following packages: Foundation, XML, Util, Net,
Data, Zip (from the open source POCO C++ Libraries), Fast Infoset, Open Service Platform, Remoting, Universal Plug and Play and DNSSD.
The following packages are not part of the evaluation: NetSSL, Crypto (from the open source POCO C++ Libraries)
and some OSP services.

Get Your License File
A license file is required for running applications (including the samples) built
with the evaluation version.
